Return and Refund Policy
REFUND OPTIONS
We know how difficult it can be choosing the right color & style online so for that reason we do allow returns and or exchanges under the following guidelines:
1. Please email Wig Day at wigday@comcast.net indicating that you would like to send a return, the items, order number and whether you would like a refund or store credit. Please try and use the same packaging to send the items back as they arrived in. Returns MUST be postmarked no later than 20 days from the date it was shipped to you.
2. Items MUST have tags attached. Item cannot be cut, washed or altered in any way.
3. Item MUST be free of and have no signs of wear, makeup or styling product residue and odor free.
4. If 1, 2 & 3 above have been met and item was NOT purchased with a store credit then you can choose to either receive a store credit with no restocking fee charge or you can receive a refund to the original form of payment minus a restocking fee of $10.00.
5. If 1, 2 & 3 above have been met and you purchased your item with a store credit, then you will be issued a store credit without a restocking fee.
6. Items purchased with a Store Credit can be returned but only for Store Credit. A restocking fee will not be charged. If a Partial Store Credit was used for your purchase along with a different form of payment, you will be issued a Partial Store Credit and a refund will be issued to the other form of payment for the remainder.
7. Final Sale items are NOT returnable for a refund or store credit.
8. If we receive an item past the 20 days from shipping date but less than 45 days from shipping, we can issue you a store credit minus a 30% restocking fee. Items received after 45 from shipping date will NOT be eligible for a store credit or refund.
9. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed. However, if a refund was requested it can take longer for it to show up on your statement.
Shipping and Handling
SHIPPING COSTS & INFORMATION:
- All orders over $99 US will ship for free via USPS PRIORITY MAIL and usually arrives between 5-10 business days after order is placed.
- EXPRESS shipping is available for an additional cost.
- Shipping labels will show sender as Empress, LLC.
- You will receive an email after your order is placed with the tracking number
- Orders are processed on Business Days M-F
- Please contact us Immediately if your order arrives damaged
- If your tracking number shows that your product was delivered but 24hrs has past and it has not been delivered, you MUST contact us by PHONE within 5 days, otherwise, we might not be able to help track the package.
- At the present time we are only shipping within the US & Canada.
